My New England

by Rob McIntosh

Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut are the six states that make up one of the most fascinating and historic areas of our country.  Tucked in the North-East portion of the United States, the New England Landscape and New Englanders have long carved a prominent spot in our country's history since the early Puritan days of the mid 17th Century.

We don't use imitation maple syrup, our Chowda is not red and we proudly know how to pronounce Winnipesaukee, Kancamagus and Worcester.  We don't overuse the letter R, we love our Sox, B's, Celts and Pats and we never underestimate the humbling power of mother nature.

History and stunning scenery drench the New England countryside as breathtaking change of seasons bring a distinct fresh look to the area each and every month of the year.  Flocking tourists come in droves to marvel at the living Norman Rockwell paintings we call home.

I've lived in New England my entire life and have incredible memories and stories from the Gold Maine Coast to the White Mountains of New Hampshire and beautiful Shores of Cape Cod.  I dedicate this site to all the wonders and joy this region has brought to myself and generations of my family and friends over the last 150 years.

This is My New England "through the lens"
